Privacy

What we collect

• Your email, to sign you in.
• Your trail name and costume.
• What you add: spots and events (name, blurb, tags, times, street address and map point), photos, comments, ratings, check-ins and reports.
• If you ask to be reminded when a holiday trail opens, your email.
• Page views and speed, through privacy-friendly analytics.

What others can see

• Your trail name, costume, rank and the spots and events you add. They show a street address.
• Never your email, your real name or your location.
• Spots and events are only visible to signed-in people. Photos show after a keeper approves them.

Location

If you tap “I was here”, your browser may share your location once to check you're nearby. We keep only a yes or no, not the coordinates.

Who handles your data

We use trusted service providers to run Decked House, such as hosting, sign-in, storage, maps and address search, email and analytics. They handle your data only to provide those services to us.

If you open a route in a maps app, that app's own privacy policy applies.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics don't use cookies.

Delete your data

Sign in, open Me, and tap Delete account. That erases your email, profile, ratings, XP, badges, and every spot, event and photo you added. It can't be undone.

Want a spot removed, or have a question? Email hello@hollandlane.co.

Age

You must be 13 or older to use Decked House.
